Before you are accepted as one of our portfolio companies, we take your business through a rigorous due diligence process to:

  • Assess market differentiation, industry demand for your product, its robustness and relevance
  • Examine your management team expertise, experience and delivery capability
  • Assess your ability to meet increased demand for your product
  • Reference your existing clients

As part of this due diligence process, we expose your company's executives to a panel from our Senior Advisor Network. Together we will discuss your business and product offering, followed by a technical evaluation conducted by an experienced independent third party.

After a successful evaluation, your business is added to our portfolio and launched to our Senior Advisor Network. They are then in a position to identify opportunities and make introductions to their contact companies - the Enterprise Technology Consumers.
